As well as that, we maintain the application at no extra cost throughout the duration of the lease.

No, there is no limit to the number of users who you will be able to control as and when required.
Our apps are configured to Microsoft's Identity platform which was formerly known as Active Directory and now knowns as Microsoft Entra.
Yes, if you are using Dynamics 365 or PowerApps we will be able to link the app with your CRM so users can create, update and delete records in the web app from the CRM.

Your app can be provisioned for electronic signing. You will still need to obtain signature credits as and when required from the connected supplier.
You can have as many forms as you want. You can have up to 10 forms for the minimum lease price, thereafter, for each form the cost increases by £3/month. The individual cost also increases where a form exceeds the equivalent of 3 x A4 printable pages. For every A4 page thereafter the cost will increase by £1.
Support is provided throughout the duration of the lease and there will be a service level agreement setting out our obligations and agreed commitments to resolving issues within a reasonable timeframe.
This can vary considerably depending on the number of forms and their size. For an app with up to 10 forms, the approximate length of time is 3 weeks. There will also be a testing period for another 2 weeks for the purpose of any modifications.
Although the app will have its own user guide, we can provide in-house training if required. This will be a separate cost that will need to be discussed and agreed.
